Washington tight end arrested Saturday
University of Washington tight end Austin Sefarian-Jenkins was arrested for investigation of a DUI on Saturday. Head coach Steve Sarkisian commented on the arrest saying that Sefarian-Jenkins will be disciplined internally in accordance with team and department policies.
That could mean suspension, which might mean that Seferian-Jenkins could miss the Huskies season-opener against Boise State on August 31 in Seattle.
Seferiain-Jenkins had 69 catches for 850 yards and seven touchdowns this past season. He had six catches and a touchdown against the Broncos in the MAACO Bowl Las Vegas.
