Bronco women bounce back with MWC win

The Boise State women’s basketball team bounced back from a loss on Wednesday, defeating Nevada 67-58 at home on Saturday.

The Broncos got another great effort from senior forward Lauren Lenhardt, who scored 13 of her game-high 22 points in the second half. The effort moved Lenhardt to eighth all-time in career scoring at Boise State (1,179 points).

The win at Taco Bell Arena was the Broncos’ fifth-consecutive home victory.

Boise State (10-8, 3-2) will next host Colorado State on Wednesday.
